Dear LKQ team, 2023 will be remembered as the year of economic recovery after the pandemic. The year will also be remembered for certain market trends, such as sustainability, the integration of remote working or changes in consumer behavior that have a significant impact on companies, such as the electrification of the car park. The market will continue to undergo structural change. It is our mission to accompany you in the disruptive changes that will take place over the next few years and to continue to support you in all matters. LKQ and Valeo will together electrify the aftermarket! Recognized expert in the development and production of O.E. Dual Mass Flywheels, Valeo is increasing its range of FullPack DMFs (including the DMF, clutch kit, and hydraulic or mechanical bearing) with the launch of 24 new part numbers, covering key European and Asian models, such as BMW 5-Series, FORD Transit, HYUNDAI i30, MITSUBISHI Outlander, RENAULT Clio, VOLVO V40, VW Crafter, Transporter and more… VALEO FULLPACK DMF OFFER EXTENDS AT A HIGH SPEED

As of mid 2023, Valeo has been offering over 200 part numbers, with All-in-the-box solutions covering what is needed by most workshops to replace a Dual Mass Flywheel. Especially present on German applications (BMW, Mercedes, Opel, and VW), Valeo Service also offers most of the FullPack DMF solutions required for key French and Asian applications on the market. With production facilities in Spain, Italy, and Turkey, Valeo ensures a good level of FullPack DMF availability, and in an era of parts scarcity, namely of the highly technical DMF parts.

This new range, known as Valeo Ineez , will meet the needs of drivers everywhere. Valeo Ineez also fits in perfectly with Valeo’s sustainable approach – I Care 4 the Planet – to reduce the impact that the automotive industry has on the environment while heading towards the goal of achieving zero CO2 emissions by 2050. A new range of petrol injectors enhances Valeo Service’s offer to the aftermarket Valeo Service fulfills its commitment to extending its wide product portfolio with a range expansion of petrol injectors. In doing so, the brand reinforces its one-stop shop supplier positioning and helps distributors and their network enhance and strengthen their portfolio.

Euro Standard regulations stipulate there must be numerous components in the exhaust system to mitigate a vehicle’s pollutant emissions. Among these components, the Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor plays a crucial role. This sensor gauges the exhaust gas temperature, transmitting the data to the Engine Control Unit (ECU) as a voltage signal. This, in turn, regulates engine conditions, which contributes to emission reduction.

REMAN REMAINS THE WAY FORWARD 40 Years of Reman and Counting…

Remanufacturing has been at the heart of Valeo’s approach for over 40 years. Emphasising sustainability, endurance, and resourcefulness, Valeo leaves no stone unturned in its efforts to meet the needs of the market by providing the best possible products to distributors and garages. Annually, Valeo remanufactures 1 million products and aims to double this capacity by 2030. In Valeo and FTE, Valeo has two powerful brands that geographically overlap to create a portfolio of more than 8,000 references of remanufactured products. All Reman products with a core deposit (Re-Gen) are sold with the option of being returned after use, in exchange for refund. With a unique surcharge value for each of Valeo’s product types, it is now much easier for workshops and distributors to sort these cores being returned.
