We would like to thank you all for your contribution; our joint commitment forms the basis for a successful year for both our companies. Electric Solutions for TMS Whether cooling by liquid, refrigerant, or air, Valeo provides advanced solutions to the global aftermarket. High Voltage heaters, chillers, battery blowers, and e-compressors are some of the many products already supplied by Valeo to major car manufacturers. Valeo’s technology is built to give peak performance under highly demanding conditions. Valeo’s 2024 Electric Expansion In 2024, Valeo is offering a wide range of cutting edge products with the latest O.E. fittings for electric and hybrid vehicles. Among these innovations are e-compressors, with a high cooling capacity for cabin air conditioning and battery thermal management. Engineered for heat and vibration resistance, Valeo’s e-compressors are also lightweight for lower energy consumption. These e-compressors cater to a variety of electric and hybrid vehicles, including the Peugeot 208, 2008, DS3, and DS7, as well as upcoming models from Kia, Hyundai, and Renault e-tech platform slated for release in June 2024.

Additionally, Valeo is introducing O.E. chillers for VW ID3 and Hyundai applications, along with low-temperature radiators and other thermal components like heater cores, condensers, and blowers. The Aftermarket Trusted Supplier The electric mobility revolution is the most significant advancement in transportation since the birth of the automobile. And Valeo, as a trusted supplier, will be by Aftermarket professionals’ side the entire way. Valeo’s I.C.E. Range Gets A Boost As important as Valeo’s electric mobility push is, I.C.E. remains at the heart of the thermal market. As a result, Valeo is also introducing more than 2,000 new references for thermal products in 2024. These include blowers (with and without control electronics), mechanical compressors, and water pumps. New references for other I.C.E. maintenance products – such as receiver dryers, expansion valves, and pressure switches – will also be released.

NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES

Valeo is proposing a massive extension on its EGR valve coverage, with 46 new references being launched this spring. In answer to the needs of a car parc that is mainly made up of combustion engines, Valeo will propose 85 EGR references for Europe, covering more than 80 million vehicles. This extension completes an exhaust offer that has been expanding year after year, with the launch of 355 oxygen sensor references in 2021/22 and 265 EGT sensor references in 2023. Valeo the One-Stop Shop As always, Valeo’s aim is to be the one-stop shop of exhaust management VALEO’S WINDOW LIFT RANGE: OPENING UP THE MARKET Window Lifts for Everyone Over the past few years, Valeo has been expanding its window lift portfolio to address key market needs. In 2023, Valeo launched 183 new references, while in Spring 2024, a further 184 references – covering key European vehicles – will be released. Valeo’s Easy-to-Fit Technology Valeo’s full window lift range includes more than 1900 references and covers over 230 million vehicles worldwide. With tailored fitting instructions for each reference, Valeo’s window lifts are an easy to-fit, hassle-free experience. High-Quality Valeo Products Over time, window lifts can wear out, causing the window to move slowly, make unusual noises, or fail to operate altogether. When this happens, the

window lift may need to be repaired or replaced to restore proper functionality to the vehicle’s windows.

14.03-15.03, the local RHIAG PMP team with 11 garages & their Sales Representatives from BM-Stahlgruber network visited Valeo Clutch factory in Mondovi, Italy.

23.04-24.04, the local FOURCE PMP team visited Valeo Lighting factory in Angers to be updated on latest lighting technologies. Valeo presented short training on future developments and trends in lighting followed by a tour on total production process.

23.04.2024 we had the pleasure to welcome LKQ CEE PMP team in our factory in Rakovnik 2, focus on UPA sensors, rain sensors, cameras, light panels and switches.

06.06.2024. the local Stahlgruber PMP team & LKQ Europe visited Valeo factory in Czechowice to deep dive in the Starter & Alternators remanufacturing process and EGR production process.
