PORTAL LAYOUT AND FUNCTIONS

1. #PORTAL CONNECTION

1 st CONNECTION

A welcome email will be sent to you by your Valeo sales representative. Find in this e-mail all the useful information for your first connection: (username and link to click on)

First step Enter your username and your e-mail address.

Second step Reception of an e-mail with your temporary password:

e-mail from: no-reply@valeo.com named: VALEO ONBOARDING CREDENTIALS

Third step > connection to “Profile” ; > enter your username and temporary password. Fourth step: Redirection to a new page to change and personalize your password.

You now have all the needed credentials for your future logins.

Following Connections:

> through the dedicated QR Code > with the direct url link: extranet.vsao.valeoservice.com > on our VSAO website (soon available)

Tips: we recommend you to add it in your favorites! Then you will just have to click on the VSAO flag icon (directly visible on the homepage) .

Username and e-mail address to complete and click on “Send”. You will receive an e-mail with a temporary password to be changed at your first connection.

1. Orders

Enables you to place an order online (according to your access permission) :

*for Australia and New Zealand only

For any question do not hesitate to contact your sales representative.

Express order

Click on Create new Shopping Basket

Step : Shopping Basket In Process

Register your order :

Enter your order number -> in case of an order number already existing, you will see a message in the next step.

Process Valeo reference and quantity.

Please note that for references killed, not created, not commercialized..., you will see a message requesting to delete the row at item level. -> in order to do so, select “Delete” and

To stop and cancel your Shopping basket,

To confirm your Shopping basket, click on .

Step : Your Shopping Basket as an Order

At this step, in case of quantity not compliant with the minimum of a reference, you will get a message : i.e. ITEM -000010:Take minimum order quantity 10 PC into account in item 000010

-> Click on

to get back to the previous step and amend the quantity.

Nb: availability color code GREEN = available YELLOW = partially available RED = not available

To confirm your shopping basket as an order, click on .

Step : Confirmation of receipt

To download the order as csv file, click on .

-> see downloaded file.

To print the order, click on . -> see printed file.

NB: you will receive the Order acknowledgement by email as usual.

Stock order (for Australia and New Zealand only)

Register your order :

Enter your order number -> in case of an order number already existing, you will see a message ( Technical error descripion: Purchase order number in document number: 112489437 already exists) in the next step.

-> message for duplicated order number.

1. UPLOAD ORDER FILE

Allows you to send a stock order with a big amount of lines without simulation ( according to your access permission) Order can be performed entering an order number and uploading a CSV file according to the example proposed.

-> you will receive an email about the discrepancies :

2. PRICE LIST

Contains Price list.

3. QUOTATION

Enables you to upload a request for quotation.

NB: Upload a CSV file (no title - 2 columns (first for PN ; second with quantities).

4. REPORT

Contains reporting on your order activity.

Page contains a SAP object that shows a link to view reports created by SAP BW (CS).

Note: Password for logging to server BW is not required because Web Portal has a Single Sign On system.

4.1 Activity follow up

Material Master Data

You can have the complete list by clicking on OK or you can select. You can export it to excel or print it.

Turnover Snet versus Last Year Per Month

For N-1, you can see the figures for all months.

Qty invoiced per reference

The file is built by product line

Purchasing profile

Purchasing profile for the month, YTD and N-1

Turnover Snet versus Last Year per Month (Valeo or FTE)

Turnover YTD in comparison to last year in the same period. You can see the figures also for last year, the complete year and the commitment signed this year and the achievement versus this commitment.

4.2 BO list

BO list (Mat avail Date Expected)

If you want the complete list of BO, you just need to click on OK. Or you can select the document date of creation or sales document. You can extract the document in an excel file or print it. It is the same page as previously, you can select ok in order to have the complete file or you choose a document creation date or the sales document. BO List (Open Sales Order Item)

4.3 Invoice

You can select a single date or value range by clicking on “add” and you can also remove the value if you want to change it. Then you can export the table in excel or print it.

5. CLAIM

Contains the detailed process to be followed to send a claim to Valeo.
