New and remanufactured parts

REMANUFACTURED Parts remanufactured to new

NEW O.E. parts  Parts manufactured and sold to truck makers for the assembly on the new vehicles.  Parts manufactured by O.E. suppliers and simul- taneously distributed by the independent distribu- tion and by truck dealers networks. Parts equal to O.E.  Parts which meet the same specifications as the original parts.  Parts manufactured by O.E. suppliers, which are designed, produced and controlled in the same conditions as the O.E. parts Adaptable parts  Parts substitutable but not identical nor equivalent to the original parts.  These parts are not equal to the O.E. parts.

 O.E. parts reconditioned by O.E. suppliers with systematic replacement of all worn components. These remanufactured parts are assembled and controlled following the same process as the O.E. ones. Parts remanufactured to adaptable  Parts reconditioned in factories with replacing the

worn parts by the ones not equal to O.E..  These parts are not equal to O.E. parts.

Repaired parts  Parts repaired by replacing the defective parts, but

not by changing the worn parts.  These parts are not equal to O.E..

Reused parts  Parts have already been used in a vehicle and reused again. These reused parts should be forbidden.  These parts cannot be secured: if they were not stored immediately after removal of the vehicle with protection from air intakes; if they are not oxidized, ruptured; if they have not been correctly installed and verified by the prefectures of technical control.
